This Social Cooperation Program aims to conduct systematic study on and put into practice of the basic theories and technologies related to the planning and management of urban surface streets in response to the smartening of mobility in this period of major change, including the prioritization of human-centered road policies in urban areas, changes in related technical conditions such as data and AI, social demands such as the SDG's, societal inclusiveness, and human-centered urban planning.
